Returns and Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order with us within 7 working days from the day after the day on which you receive the goods that you have ordered. You do not have to give a reason for cancelling the order within this time. If returning items, we would strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returning goods as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. It is your responsibility to return the goods to Presentvibe, Boston House, Catherine Wheel Road, Brentford, Middlesex TW8 8BD.

Any items which are returned for refund or exchange must be received back with us in a new and unused condition, in their original immediate packaging, along with the relevant Presentvibe receipt. Where a refund is required, we will return your money within 30 days of cancellation. If an alternative is required, please specify product code and colour. If the item is not faulty, and you require goods in exchange, a further carriage charge may be required. These statements do not affect your statutory rights.
